Once your order is picked and packed you will receive a text message / email from ND Decoration and then a text message / email from our courier confirming collection and tracking number for your order.
Deliveries within Europe are delivered by DPD.

€10/£10 - Selected European Countries including Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
£7.95 - Republic Of Ireland
From £15 - Other European countries
Deliveries to Australia come from our UK warehouse and are shipped using DHL.
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is $30.00.
We offer international delivery with DHL from the UK to over a 100 international destinations.
How much will my international delivery cost?
Delivery charge is dependant on the destination, and will be automatically updated via the checkout page.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on the parcel's destination, estimated delivery times are detailed below:
France, Germany & Holland - 5 Working Days
Rest of Europe - 8-10 Working Days
Rest of World (Excludes Russia) - 8-10 Working Days
Russia - 10-12 Working Days
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use DPD for our European deliveries and DHL for the Rest of World, once we have dispatched your item DPD/DHL will contact you via email and provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcels progress or organise re-delivery of your parcel.
Will I pay import fees, duties and taxes on my order?
All delivery destinations selected outside of the UK may be subject to the local import fees, duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives into your chosen country. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country selected for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for delivery in your selected country. Delays maybe caused if you do not accept this responsibility.
Upon receipt of our items
All orders are checked at our premises before they are dispatched to ensure that they meet our high quality of standards. Once your product is delivered please check your products for colour, design, quality and any imperfections (all wallpaper should be checked before being cut, once the wallpaper has been cut we are unable to accept return of the item).
